How to make a Northland Haze cocktail
- Gin – 2 parts
- Cointreau – 1 part
- Mandarin – 2 parts
- Lemon juice – 1 part
- Lemonade – 2 parts
Blend the mandarin to a fine pulp. Mix the gin, Cointreau, mandarin and lemon juice, shake with ice, then pour into an ice-filled jar and top with lemonade.
Tip: If mandarins are unavailable, they can be replaced with orange, although this will alter the flavour. To create the hazy appearance, use mandarin (or orange) pulp rather than just the juice.
