How to make a Motueka Sunday cocktail
- Tequila – 2 parts
- Midori – 2 parts
- Apple juice – 4 parts
- Lemonade
Stir the tequila, Midori and apple juice together, then pour into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with lemonade.
Tip: Using apple juice with a light, clear colour allows the green from the Midori to shine.
