The Bay of Plenty is one of New Zealand’s most abundant growing regions, famous for kiwifruit, avocados, citrus and more.

How to make a BOP Pop cocktail

  • Gin – 2 parts
  • Blue Curaçao – 1 part
  • Lemon juice – ½ part
  • Soda water
  • ½ Kiwifruit

Muddle the kiwifruit in a highball glass. Stir in the Blue Curaçao, then fill the glass with ice. Pour in the lemon juice and gin, and add a splash of soda water to taste.

Tip: Go easy on the soda water – the drink will dilute as the ice melts . And don’t be shy about eating the muddled kiwifruit when you finish the drink – it’s full of vitamin C and soaked in alcohol!
